I started a second YouTube channel to promote books I'm making myself. Making "book trailers" seems a little silly, but it's apparently a very accepted form of marketing.

Many authors create book trailers and post them on YouTube. A book trailer is like watching a movie trailer on TV or at the movies. It's a teaser designed to get a reader interested in purchasing your book.
